Delivery policy

Emma Hilton sells digital products. There is no physical shipping and no delivery charge.

How you receive your order

As soon as your payment is confirmed, a download link is sent to the email address you used at checkout. The link is also shown on the order confirmation page. Most orders arrive within a few minutes.

If your files do not arrive

• Check your spam or promotions folder.
• Confirm the email address on your order was typed correctly.
• If the link has expired or will not open, contact us and we will re-issue it at no charge.

File formats and access

The file format of each product is listed on its product page. Please check that you have the software needed to open it before you buy. Download links remain available for 30 days from purchase unless the product page says otherwise.

Custom and commissioned work

Deliverables for custom projects are supplied on the timeline set out in your project scope, usually by a shared folder or file transfer link agreed with you.
